Copyright Policy

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the materials they upload, paste, submit, transmit, or otherwise provide to the Site, including questions, answer choices, explanations, screenshots, PDFs, notes, prompts, files, and other content.

Users may not submit materials unless they own the content, have permission from the rights holder, or are otherwise legally permitted to use the content for their personal educational use.

Users may not upload, paste, submit, transmit, or request analysis of copyrighted, confidential, proprietary, or restricted materials that they are not authorized to use. This includes, without limitation, official exam questions, unreleased test materials, paid course content, proprietary question banks, tutor-created materials, textbook content, answer explanations, screenshots, PDFs, or materials copied from third-party platforms.

No Ownership of Third-Party Materials

LogiClue does not claim ownership of third-party exam questions, answer explanations, course materials, textbooks, or other copyrighted materials submitted by users.

LogiClue does not authorize users to upload, reproduce, store, reconstruct, distribute, publish, sell, or analyze third-party materials in violation of copyright law, license terms, exam rules, school policies, course requirements, honor codes, or third-party platform terms.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material submitted to or processed through the Site infringes your copyright, please contact us at copyright@logiclue.net with the following information:

• identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• identification of the material or activity you claim is infringing;
• information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the material or activity;
• your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner;
• your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we may remove, disable access to, restrict, delete, or stop processing the relevant material. We may also suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly or materially infringe third-party rights.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed, restricted, or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to copyright@logiclue.net.

Your counter-notice should include:

• identification of the material that was removed, disabled, or restricted;
• information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the material before it was removed;
• your name, address, phone number, and email address;
• a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed, disabled, or restricted as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court for your judicial district, or if you are outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of an applicable federal court in the United States;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We may forward counter-notices to the original complaining party where appropriate. We may restore or re-enable material if permitted by law and if we determine that doing so is appropriate.

Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly or materially infringe third-party intellectual property rights. We may also restrict access to the Site, delete user submissions, refuse to process materials, or take other actions we believe are necessary to protect rights holders, users, and the Site.

Academic and Exam Materials

Many standardized test questions, course materials, textbooks, answer explanations, and proprietary question banks are protected by copyright or other legal restrictions. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of such materials complies with all applicable laws, license agreements, exam rules, school policies, course requirements, honor codes, and third-party platform terms.

LogiClue may refuse to process, remove, restrict, or delete content that we believe may involve unauthorized exam materials, copyrighted test content, paid course materials, proprietary question banks, confidential materials, or live/graded assessments.
