Terms of Service
Last revised: April 27, 2025
The website located at logiclue.net and any related applications, tools, features, or services (collectively, the "Site") are operated by LogiClue ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.
You may not access, create an account, submit information, or use the Site unless you are at least 18 years old.
Independent Service
LogiClue is an independent educational technology service. LogiClue is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by LSAC, GMAC, ETS, ACT, College Board, or any other testing organization, school, publisher, tutor, or test-preparation company. All test names, trademarks, logos, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and descriptive purposes.
Accounts
To use certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account. You represent that all registration information you submit is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately at support@logiclue.net if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
License to Use the Site
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational use.
You may not license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, commercially exploit, modify, copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any part of the Site. You may not access or use the Site to build, train, benchmark, or improve a competing product or service.
Paid Plans, Credits, and Cancellation
LogiClue may offer free trials, credits, prepaid analysis packages, or other paid plans. Each plan may include limits on the number of analyses, requests, retries, features, storage, or access periods available to you.
Add-on analysis packs are available only to users with an active, unexpired 100-analysis or 300-analysis prepaid pack. Add-ons add credits to the existing active access period and do not create a new access period or extend the expiration date. If your prepaid pack has expired, you must purchase a new 100-analysis or 300-analysis pack before purchasing or using add-ons.
Paid plans are billed in advance. Current prepaid analysis packs do not renew automatically unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Except where required by law or expressly stated by us in writing, payments are non-refundable, including for unused credits, unused analyses, partial billing periods, or prepaid access periods. If your account is suspended or terminated for violating these Terms, you may lose access to unused credits, analyses, account history, or paid features, and we are not required to provide a refund to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Payments are processed by Creem or other third-party payment processors. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the applicable payment processor's terms, policies, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or security incidents caused by third-party payment processors.
User Submissions
"User Submissions" means any questions, answer choices, explanations, screenshots, PDFs, notes, prompts, text, files, feedback, or other materials that you upload, paste, submit, transmit, or otherwise provide to the Site.
You are solely responsible for your User Submissions. You represent and warrant that you own your User Submissions, have permission to use them, or are otherwise legally permitted to submit them to LogiClue for your personal educational use.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and use your User Submissions solely as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, debug, enforce, and improve the Site, including generating analysis, preventing abuse, and complying with legal obligations.
We do not claim ownership of your User Submissions. However, we may remove, restrict, refuse to process, disable access to, or delete any User Submission that we believe may violate these Terms, infringe third-party rights, create legal risk, or harm the Site or other users.
Exam Content and Copyrighted Materials
You may not upload, paste, submit, transmit, or request analysis of any content that you do not have the legal right to use. This includes, without limitation, copyrighted exam questions, official test materials, unreleased or confidential test content, paid course materials, proprietary question banks, tutor-created materials, textbook content, answer explanations, screenshots, PDFs, or materials copied from third-party platforms.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site complies with copyright law, license terms, exam rules, school policies, course requirements, honor codes, and third-party platform terms.
LogiClue does not authorize you to upload, reproduce, distribute, store, reconstruct, or analyze third-party materials in violation of any law, contract, exam policy, or third-party right.
No Question Bank or Public Repository
LogiClue is designed as a personal learning and reasoning-analysis tool. It is not a public repository, marketplace, file-sharing service, or question bank for exam materials.
You may not use the Site to store, organize, reconstruct, scrape, index, sell, publish, share, distribute, or create a database of third-party exam questions, answer explanations, or proprietary educational materials.
Academic Integrity and Honor Code
LogiClue is intended to help users review practice questions, understand reasoning mistakes, and improve learning. You may not use the Site to cheat, commit academic misconduct, obtain unauthorized assistance, or violate the rules of any school, course, employer, testing organization, exam administrator, or online learning platform.
You may not submit questions, prompts, answer choices, screenshots, or other materials from any live, active, timed, proctored, confidential, graded, or non-public exam, quiz, assignment, assessment, or admissions test unless you are expressly permitted to do so.
We may refuse to process, remove, restrict, or delete content that we believe may be used for cheating, academic misconduct, unauthorized test assistance, or violation of third-party rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

AI-Generated Analysis
The Site uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to generate explanations, classifications, recommendations, and study feedback. AI-generated analysis may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it. LogiClue does not guarantee the correctness of any answer, explanation, classification, error diagnosis, study recommendation, score improvement, admission outcome, exam performance, or other result.
The Site is provided for educational reference only. It does not provide legal, academic, admissions, professional, or testing-organization advice.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we may remove, disable access to, or stop processing the relevant material. We may also suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly or materially infringe third-party rights.
Users may submit a counter-notice if they believe their content was removed in error. Counter-notices must include identifying information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, including your account, paid features, credits, or stored content, at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created legal risk, abused the Site, infringed third-party rights, engaged in academic misconduct, or harmed other users or the Site.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Site will cease immediately. We may delete or restrict access to your account data and User Submissions, subject to applicable law and our data retention practices.

The Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and reliability.
We do not warrant that the Site will meet your requirements, produce any specific learning outcome, improve your test score, be uninterrupted or error-free, or be free of harmful code.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogiClue and its officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, business interruption, or cost of substitute services, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will not exceed the greater of fifty US dollars (USD $50) or the amount you paid to LogiClue in the three months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LogiClue and its officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your User Submissions, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, your infringement of intellectual property rights, or your misuse of exam, course, or copyrighted materials.
